When on a journey to losing weight and getting to your ideal weight, the beginning is usually full of excitement. Although you should never cut carbs out altogether, you could cut down on your carb intake to see if that helps. Have your biggest portion after an intense workout, and make sure you watch your portion sizes. Try to have mostly protein and vegetables.
